About Me:

Born and raised in Topeka. My family and I have lived in the Topeka area for our entire lives, and it’s been an incredible place to call home. Outside the office, you can usually find me at the ball field, at a football game, or in the bowling alley. I attended Topeka High School and graduated from Washburn University of Topeka with my MBA in 1995. I have 2 daughters who are now teaching. One is a Biology Teacher and the other Chemistry Teacher. My son attended University of Saint Mary and received his Degree in Graphic Arts.

Twelve years ago my family and I began hosting Golf Tournaments for Holy Family School and the Topeka Fiesta. In addition, I was the Chairperson for the Holy Family School Board, Athletic Director, and coached several teams for the school. Other organizations I have worked with include serving as a board member for the Arthritis Foundation, LULAC Board Member, and worked with the Topeka Chamber of Commerce.

Late in 2019 we lost our Blanca (dog) of 15 years and decided to get a couple of German Shepherds about 6 months later, Beans and Stella. They are brother and sister from the same litter and love each other to death. When someone tells you your GS dog will be by your side 100% of the time, believe me they are telling the truth. Your GS will follow you everywhere, want to go with you everywhere, and loves car rides.
